The condominium is built on the side of a mountain, so in order to arrive to the penthouse 3 elevators must be taken to the 11th floor, with an approximate 30ft walk between each elevator. Then to reach the penthouse on the 12th floor, one flight of stairs needs to be climbed. The penthouse is all one level so once inside it would be suitable for a wheelchair, the wheelchair would just need to be carried up the last flight of stairs.

When you enter this penthouse (located in the condominium, not the hotel), you will see a spectacular outdoor living room and dining area, with white marble floors along with glass tables supported by large stones. This large open air living room has a fantastic, breathtaking, view of the Manzanillo Bay and the Las Hadas Marina/yacht club.

The majority of the penthouse is white in color so you can truly feel in the style of Las Hadas Hotel, which its famous for its elegance and mediterranean luxury. Also the lighting of the penthouse its just great, its has been design with great attention to detail to enhance the beautiful mediterranean moorish style.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat screen tv with satellite, air conditioning and private bathroom, and it is connected to the main terrace so you can enjoy the spectacular views and feel the ocean breeze from your bed.

The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and 1 individual bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV with satellite and a private bathroom, this guest bedroom its also connected to a little private terrace with its own hammock and awesome view, just in case you wanna escape from the crowd and have a romantic evening with your significant other.

The kitchen is small but with everything you need so you can make your meals and favorite drinks. The kitchen also has an incredible ocean view.

This Fabulous penthouse is located in the Puerto Las Hadas Condominium, which is on the same property as the Las Hadas Hotel and Golf Resort. This makes it a popular tourist destination since the condominium has access to all the hotels amenities including, restaurants, spa, massage, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, and of course, golf. The front desk of the Las Hadas Hotel (not the condominium front desk) can provide you with additional info and prices of these services. Resting on a quarter-mile stretch of private beach, the luxury Las Hadas Hotel and Golf resort is a jewel of Arabian architecture, where luxurious accommodations and personalized service come together in flawless form.

Apart form the Puerto Las Hadas Condominium being a stones throw away form the hotel, the condominium sits right on the Las Hadas Marina/yacht club. If you like fishing, here is where you can charter a boat to enjoy a morning of deep sea fishing. Also the Marina offers many dinning options for a romanic evening.

The pool of the condominium includes lounges and umbrellas. The pool also has its very own restaurant on site so you don’t even have to bother to mix your own margaritas (prohibited to bring your own food and drink to the pool).

In the Condominium Puerto Las Hadas you will feel 100% secure with it’s 24/7 security, 2 security booths, and private parking with approx. 60 parking spaces. (During some holidays the condominium does not allow entrance to this parking lot, only to the Hotel Las Hadas parking lot at the cost of approx. $150 pesos per day per vehicle. Or you can park on the street outside of the Las Hadas property at no cost)

The private beach of Las Hadas Hotel which you have access to is only a short walk from the elevators (beach chairs and lounges at additional cost, and its prohibited to bring your own food and drink to the beach). It’s the nicest beach of all Manzanillo and the only one with a pool (extra cost) and bar just 3 steps away from you.

If you like to golf no problem at all, The award-winning golf course at Las Hadas Golf Resort & Marina offers challenging round in beautiful surroundings. Designed by Pete and Roy Dye, 15 of the 18 holes on this par-71 course play over the water, and more than 4,000 palm trees line the course.
