Photographs. The Condominium Puerto Las Hadas is the largest of all Manzanillo, having 204 exclusive condos with stunning views, most of them are for rent and sale. Having been built on the side of a mountain that slopes down to the beautiful Manzanillo Bay, it has a unique architecture, you will not find two similar condos throughout the entire complex.

It is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Mexican Riviera the port of Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico. Here at Las Hadas, fantasies become realities as you walk through it’s alleys, squares, and streets with Arabian style architecture.

The Condominium Puerto Las Hadas is found in the legendary and highly acclaimed Hotel Las Hadas, where you have at your disposal a wide range of recreational and relaxing activities that you will never forget.

Here you are the owner of 650,000 m2 where you can practice your favorite sport, or enjoy 500m of the private and exclusive beach, with Arabian style tents, soft waves and clear water. Swim and relax, or play some volleyball, this beach is perfect for people of all ages. (Use of the tents, chairs, and lounges of the beach of the Hotel Las Hadas has an extra cost, approx. $300 per day, and it is not permitted to bring your own food or drink to the beach)

You will feel that you are dreaming, and that the dream will never end. And if thats not enough, you can also access another private beach that is right beside the Hotel Las Hadas. If you keep walking past that, you will come to the beautiful Hotel Barceló Karmina Palace.

After a long day at the beach there is nothing better than using the private and exclusive pool of the Condominium Puerto Las Hadas which is approx. 220 m2. (Use of the pool of the Hotel Las Hadas has extra cost) Also right next to the condominium pool is the Casa Club-Restaurant. So don’t worry about preparing food or mixing your favorite drink, they will do everything while you swim in the pool or rest on the lounges under the palapas. (It is not permitted to bring your own food or drink to the condominium pool)

In the Condominium Puerto Las Hadas you will feel 100% secure with it’s 24/7 security, 2 security booths, and private parking with approx. 60 parking spaces. (During some holidays the condominium does not allow entrance to this parking lot, only to the Hotel Las Hadas parking lot at the cost of approx. $100 pesos per day per vehicle. Or you can park on the street outside of the Las Hadas property at no cost)

Marina

The marina accommodates up to 70 yachts, some of which you are able to rent and enjoy a morning of fishing, or just stay in the marina and enjoy a romantic and unforgettable evening in one of its restaurants. Also, to the side of the marina on the beach of the Hotel Las Hadas, you’ll find a booth that offers (extra cost) water skiing, kayaking, pedal boats, and scuba diving and snorkeling equipment for rent.

Spa

There is hardly anything more pleasant than pampering yourself. That is why the Spa of the Hotel Las Hadas is at your disposal. A full range of services are available at extra cost. For example, enjoy a little exercise in the hotel’s fitness center, and later receive a relaxing massage that will help you sleep like a log.

Tennis

The Hotel Las Hadas has 10 professional tennis courts (extra cost) where major tournaments have been held. It is located a short distance from the hotel. The hotel offers transportation service.

Golf

“La Mantarraya” 18 hole golf course, is one of the most beautiful tropical golf courses of the world. Designed by the famous Pete and Roy Dye. Among its many attractions is the meandering Salahua River that runs through it, making every shot a challenge and at the same time a memorable experience.

The famous 18-hole golf course “La Mantarraya,” is one of the top 100 in the world, due to the fact that 14 of the 18 holes cross water. The first departure is at 7:00 a.m. and the last one is at 5:00 p.m. (extra cost)

In the Condominium Puerto Las Hadas, Hotel Las Hadas and the surrounding area, you can enjoy the best dishes of Mexican and international cuisine, prepared with ingredients of the highest quality. There are four restaurants in the Hotel, and four bars. Also four restaurants in the Condominium Puerto Las Hadas, and one Gelateria. With every one of them having a unique atmosphere, they will make eating and drinking an experience to remember.

If what you want is a delicious cut of meat accompanied by a glass of red wine, this is the place. Open from Monday to Saturday 17:00 to 23:00 hrs.

Poco Pazzo Restaurant
Italian restaurant with the best pizza you will ever taste, and its pasta leaves nothing to be desired. Open from Tuesday to Sunday 17:00 to 24:00 hrs.

Bistro Marina Restaurant
Restaurant formerly called L’ Récif. Mediterranean cuisine and fine cuts. With terrace on 2nd floor. Open from Monday to Saturday 17:00 to 23:30 hrs.

Casa Club Restaurant
Enjoy some margaritas and fajitas at very affordable prices right beside the pool of the Condominium Puerto Las Hadas. Open from Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.

Gelateria L’arte Del Gelato
Authentic gelato straight from Italy. Enjoy without guilt. Open from Tuesday to Sunday 14:00 to 24:00 hrs.

La Casa del Pescador Shop
