This unit has air conditioner in the living room/kitchen area, NOT in the bedrooms. But if the bedroom doors are left open, the bedrooms will also cool off.

The condominium is built on the side of a mountain, so in order to arrive to the unit on the 7th floor, 2 elevators must be taken, with an approximate 30ft walk between the elevators.

This is a comfortable and cozy unit, with an adorable Seaside decor, that really fits it’s amazing location. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, condo for rent in beautiful Manzanillo, Mexico.

Entering the unit you’ll find the kitchen to your left, hallway leading to the bathroom and master bedroom is to your right, and straight ahead is the dinning room, living room, terrace, and guest bedroom.

The white and blue Mexican tile kitchen has everything (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes and cookware) you will need to make your meals and favorite drinks. With the dining area comfortably seating 4, and a few bar stools in the kitchen there is more than enough room for 6 of your friends or family members to share a nice meal together.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed and ceiling fan, with one door opening to the dinning/kitchen area, and the other door opening towards the bathroom.

The bathroom gives you a great Mexican feel, with authentic colorful ceramic sinks and tiles.

The living room has large sliding doors opening to the cozy terrace, to enjoy the view of the beautiful white Las Hadas hotel with the backdrop of the green hills. Also enjoy the terrace view of the manzanillo bay during the day while sipping a margarita, or the beautiful night view will some cream of tequila liqueur. Living room has large flat screen TV with Mexican satellite. The 2 couches in the living room, also serve as 2 individual beds.

The guest bedroom is entered through the living room. It is one step up form the level of the rest of the unit. It has a ceiling fan, doble/matrimonial size bed, and is connected to the cozy terrace so you can enjoy the view and feel the ocean breeze from your bed.

This cozy condo is located in the Puerto Las Hadas Condominium, which is on the same property as the Las Hadas Hotel and Golf Resort. This makes it a popular tourist destination since the condominium has access to all the hotels amenities including, restaurants, spa, massage, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, and of course, golf. The front desk of the Las Hadas Hotel (not the condominium front desk) can provide you with additional info and prices of these services. Resting on a quarter-mile stretch of private beach, the luxury Las Hadas Hotel and Golf resort is a jewel of Arabian architecture, where luxurious accommodations and personalized service come together in flawless form.

Apart form the Puerto Las Hadas Condominium being a stones throw away form the hotel, the condominium sits right on the Las Hadas Marina/yacht club. If you like fishing, here is where you can charter a boat to enjoy a morning of deep sea fishing. Also the Marina offers many dinning options for a romanic evening.

The pool of the condominium includes lounges and umbrellas. The pool also has its very own restaurant on site so you don’t even have to bother to mix your own margaritas (prohibited to bring your own food and drink to the pool).

The private beach of Las Hadas Hotel which you have access to is only a short walk from the elevators (beach chairs and lounges at additional cost, and its prohibited to bring your own food and drink to the beach). It’s the nicest beach of all Manzanillo and the only one with a pool (extra cost) and bar just 3 steps away from you.

In the Condominium Puerto Las Hadas you will feel 100% secure with it’s 24/7 security, 2 security booths, and private parking with approx. 60 parking spaces. (During some holidays the condominium does not allow entrance to this parking lot, only to the Hotel Las Hadas parking lot at the cost of approx. $150 pesos per day per vehicle. Or you can park on the street outside of the Las Hadas property at no cost)

If you like to golf no problem at all, The award-winning golf course at Las Hadas Golf Resort & Marina offers challenging round in beautiful surroundings. Designed by Pete and Roy Dye, 15 of the 18 holes on this par-71 course play over the water, and more than 4,000 palm trees line the course.
